Join us for the Virtual and Augmented Reality for the Digital Humanities (V/AR-DHI) Lightning Talks and Opening Reception with our NEH Summer Institute Participants!

The V/AR-DHI summer institute is designed as an intensive workshop for a small team of participants selected from a national competition. Over the course of the next two weeks and the coming year the group will develop individual and collaborative projects around the theory and practice of VR and AR in the humanities. This open session is designed to welcome participants to Duke and offer a glimpse of future possibilities for the field. V/AR-DHI is sponsored by the Duke Digital Humanities Initiative at the John Hope Franklin Humanities Institute and supported by the Office of Digital Humanities at the National Endowment for the Humanities.

Date: Monday, July 23
Time: 4:00-5:30
